1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StellarSand's AI consulting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

StellarSand provides AI technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• AI-driven event planning consultation and implementation
• AI-powered operations optimization strategies
• Strategic AI implementation planning and execution
• Lead generation services using AI technology
• Custom AI consulting solutions

3. Service Qualification

StellarSand reserves the right to qualify potential clients based on project scope, budget, timeline, and strategic fit. Not all inquiries will result in service agreements. We will review all applications and contact qualified prospects within 24-48 hours.

4. Lead Generation Services

4.1 Lead Quality Standards

For our lead generation services, we guarantee that all delivered leads meet the following criteria:

• Verified contact information (email and phone where applicable)
• Meet client-specified demographic and qualification criteria
• Have demonstrated interest in the client's services or products
• Are not duplicates of previously delivered leads

4.2 Lead Replacement Policy

If a delivered lead does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing for lead generation services is as follows:

• Starter Plan: $45 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $55 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $65 per qualified lead

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payment is due upon delivery of leads or completion of consulting services. Custom consulting projects may require milestone-based payments as outlined in individual service agreements.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available for leads that do not meet our quality standards. Consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases of material breach of service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI strategies, methodologies, and proprietary processes developed by StellarSand remain the intellectual property of StellarSand. Clients receive a license to use implemented solutions but do not acquire ownership of underlying methodologies.

7. Confidentiality

StellarSand agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and business data. We will not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

StellarSand's liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10.1 Lead Delivery Times

• Starter Plan: 48-hour delivery
• Professional Plan: 24-hour delivery
• Enterprise Plan: 12-hour delivery

10.2 Support Response Times

• Starter Plan: Email support within 24 hours
• Professional Plan: Email and phone support within 12 hours
• Enterprise Plan: 24/7 priority support within 4 hours

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. StellarSand reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or if the client's business practices conflict with our values or legal requirements.

12. Force Majeure

StellarSand shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.

14. Modifications to Terms

StellarSand reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between StellarSand and the client regarding the use of our services.
